1. Under normal circumstances, dried flowers can be preserved for around 3 years. 

  2. Please keep the products in a dry area.

  3. Once the product gets wet or moldy, sweep it by dry brush or dry with hair dryer using low heat.

  4. Please keep the jewelry away from water and chemicals (such as perfume) to avoid oxidation.

  5. Oxidation will occur when the jewelry is used for a long time. The problem can be fixed by polishling with silver cloth. 


  1. If certain seasonal flower types are not available at the moment, we will replace by other flower types with similar colours.

  2. Each flower is unique with possible differences in colour fastness after treatment. Those who have serious concerns on color differences shall consider before purchase.


  1. Free exchange only applicable for damaged products during transportation and only applicable within 7 days after finish order.

  2. Please keep the original package for exchange and NO exchange for used products.

  3. All risks in shipping the item(s) to us shall be borne by you. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.

  4. Please note that an exchange is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item (s) of a similar value.

  5. NO refund for all purchased products.

  6. We will process the exchange case with 14 days.

  7. LITLE’s's decisions on Returns are final.



  1. All products are shipping form HONG KONG.

  2. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and Saturday morning, expect Sunday and Public Holidays.

  3. We are committed to delivering your order at the soonest in compliance with the rules and regulations of the authorities at the delivery destination. Orders containing restricted materials might be denied delivery due to a location's regulatory restrictions. Please check with your local authorities on the relevant import regulations before placing an order.

  4. CANNOT change delivery address once the order has been processed. We will charge extra shipping fee, once the goods send back and delivery again.

  5. Please note that the expected delivery date/time is at our best approximation and might be affected by conditions such as shipping restrictions, security checks and stock availability.
